File extension v01 information
File extension V01 identifies a Genesis 2000 file created by Genesis 2000 incorporation. The Genesis 2000 file provides mortgage software and services suite that assists mortgage professionals in their work. The V01 extension designation also identifies those catalog files that are created by the Windows 2000 backup utility. This catalog file also holds the details of directory filenames and structures. These directory structures and filenames are normally saved together with the backup file. The windows 2000 backup utility holds tombstone catalogs located on the PC’s local disk for every tape used for backup.
